all their accountancy and tax affairs conducted via email.
This is a great benefit to most busy professionals. The aim
is to communicate as far as possible through the medium of
email and thus remove as much of the paperwork as possible
(inevitably there will be some though)
Another
great benefit is that you can communicate with us via email
whenever you like. Not just during normal office hours!
Usually
records are kept using a spreadsheet or other suitable accounts
software. You then email files to us when we need to prepare
your vat, accounts etc.
To help
you keep your affairs up to date we have developed a number
of excel spreadsheets. The spreadsheets are designed to be
easy to use and provide you with an up to date summary of
your income and expenditure. If you use our spreadsheets to
maintain a record of your income and expenses, all the relevant
information to prepare your accounts and VAT returns can be
emailed direct.
These spreadsheets
can be e-mailed to you or supplied on disk.
We are
an Internet based company so if you do need to contact us
the methods of contact are by e-mail, fax or post only. This
is so that we can reduce our operating costs therefore passing
that saving on to you.
