To establish a UK Limited Company you must first decide:

• The Company Name - It must be unique and should avoid similarity with existing registered companies or brand names.
• The Directors - Are responsible for the day to day management & control. Must appoint a minimum of 1 director, there is no maximum.
• The Company Secretary - The company's administrative officer. Can also be appointed as director but only if there is a minimum of two directors.
• The Share Capital - Typical format is 1000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each. Represents the total number of shares available for issue.
• The Shareholders - Are the owners of the company. A minimum of one share must be issued; maximum as determined by the share capital.
• Registered Office - Must be located in either England or Wales. Can be a home address or business address or representative office, cannot be a PO Box No.

This costs only £189 and we fax the certificate to you and despatch it by Special Delivery. In the event of a delay or service disruption at Companies House your company will be given priority over others when it comes through. We also let you downgrade back to a normal service if the delay is too lengthy, and refund the difference.
