We specialise in UK tax rebates for Australians, South Africans,
Europeans and overseas visitors.
There
are four main reasons why you might be entitled to a repayment
of income tax:
- If you
are a non UK resident and have had tax deducted at source.
If your total income for the tax year was less than the
personal allowance (£4,615 - 2003/04) you are entitled to
a repayment of all the income tax paid.
- If you
are a non-taxpayer but have had tax deducted on investment
income.
- If you
are a taxpayer (employee) but have had too much income tax
deducted at source i.e. you had an incorrect tax code therefore
you were not receiving all your allowances. Please make
sure that you have your PAYE coding notice available. If
your total income for the tax year was less than the personal
allowance (£4,615) you are entitled to a repayment of all
the income tax paid.
- If you
have made payments on account on your self assessment and
now find that you have paid too much. If we complete your
tax return there will be no charge for claiming the refund.
Otherwise our normal charge is £40.00. Please make sure
that you have your most recent tax calculation from the
Revenue and Statement of Account available.
We operate
on a 'No Rebate-No Fee' basis and our commission is only deducted
when the rebate is secured, and so our incentive is to secure
as much money for you and to secure it as quickly as possible.
Repayments can be substantial as claims can be backdated up
to 6 years.
We charge a commission of only 12.5% of the refund value.
We will take care of the whole process for you from beginning
to end, the refund process normally takes about 6 weeks. We
will ensure that all the correct forms are completed and we
will liase with the Inland Revenue continuously until the
repayment is received. When we receive your refund we can
arrange for it to be posted to any address you require or
even deposited into a bank account. If you are not entitled
to a tax refund, there is no fee.

If you
worked for a company, please provide us with your P45/P60(s)
for each employment and details of benefits received (P11D
form) if any (please supply ORIGINAL documents as Inland Revenue
will not accept photcopies). If you do not have your P45/P60(s)
forward us your employers name(s) and address(es) in as much
detail as possible. Please note that this may cause some delay
in assessing whether you are entitled to a tax refund and
if so how much. When we receive the above information, we
will inform you of the value of your refund due. If you would
