to clients nationwide for a long time. We make every effort
to meet the needs of you, our client. Word of mouth referrals
from current clients, referrals for many of the most professional
nanny referral agencies, and a very strong client retention
rate are all indicators that we ARE meeting your needs. HOWEVER,
in November 2001 we decided it was time to let you speak.
